IT EBA BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - D365 FRONT OFFICE ANALYTICS & ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

Accountable for implementing and optimizing D365 Sales and Services Analytics functionality, as well as managing user access within D365.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

D365 Sales and Services Analytics (Front Office):

  • Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Understand and document business requirements/solutions
    • Obtain understanding of D365 Analytics to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives for reporting
    • Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
    • Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
    • Provide training to business key-user/super-user
  • Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
  • Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required

D365 Access Management:

  • Approves, provisions, reset or terminate user’s access to D365 system
  • Initiates D365 and other systems access revalidation process
  • Attends to
    • tickets and D365 Security issues by performing root cause analysis and resolution and
    • other D365 User Security set up requests
  • Generates and analyze reports for SOD analysis, access revalidation activities, access monitoring, errors monitoring and audit compliance
  • Prepare BDO Walkthroughs and Audit request
  • CI Effort related to D365 User set up per workstream
  • Participate in testing activity
  • Documentation of process
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or Process Lead

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledgeable on D365, Power BI or any Business Intelligence reporting tool
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
  • Personal Credibility
    • Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
    • Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications
    • Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
    • Uses appropriate confidentiality
    • Able to disseminate information appropriately

Education and Experience:

  • BS degree in any of the following: Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science
  • Minimum two years either in Finance, Sales, and Services within or outside of Lexmark
  • Experience in D365 Sales and Services processes is a plus
  • Willing to work on EMEA shift
