It was great to see the continual business growth we’ve seen over the last few years recognised. IT is ultimately a relationship business, and we’re proud of having grown that from a zero-base point with support from Lexmark.

2. How important is it to work with a partner that supports your growth goals?

Working with partners that share our vision is key, as ultimately together you’ll be able to assist one another to help achieve the strategic goals of both businesses.

Our customers value strong partnerships as closer collaboration ultimately leads to better solutions for them. 

3. How important is effective print management  to your public sector customers? What unique challenges do they face?

Print management is becoming an increasingly important factor for our public sector customers, helping them to manage costs, control access and ensure compliance with GDPR. Better managed print also helps to provide much greater accountability.

Public sector companies face much greater scrutiny on spend, and they must be transparent in the era of freedom of information.

4. How do you see the print industry changing five years from now?

Digitalisation will ultimately reduce the use of printed documents in the next five years. I’m confident however, that there will still be a need for print. While volumes may fall, we’ll see a greater focus on full-service document management solutions and increased demand for integration of print within digital transformation projects.

5. What are the best things about working with Lexmark?

Lexmark focuses heavily on its channel business which is positive for our business. The company offers a strong tailored product range to suit both the traditional resellers and the business solutions markets, recognising the propositions needed to be distinct. There is also a great team behind the scenes which makes Lexmark always great to deal with.
