When you purchase a model that supports etherFAX cloud faxing*, you can try cloud faxing free of subscription charge, good for 3 months or 300 pages, whichever comes first. If you wish to use your existing fax phone number, you will first port that fax number to etherFAX, subject to local telecom regulations and fees. Other telecom fees may apply.
To activate the trial:
- Scan the QR code on the etherFAX instruction sheet that was included with the product and follow the instruction, OR
- Visit https://etherfax.net/lexmark, select Activate Device at the top of the page, and follow the instructions

To cancel the trial:
- If you are using an etherFAX fax number, you will not be charged a subscription fee. In some countries, you may have to cancel associated local telecom carrier fees.
- If you ported your fax number to etherFAX, you must port it back to the local telecom service, subject to local telecom regulations and fees.

If you want to continue using etherFAX cloud faxing after the trial, simply sign up for the plan* that best meets your business needs. You will receive an e-mail at the end of the trial with instructions. Choose from:
- Essential Plan – includes one phone number to send/receive up to 150 pages per month, with an additional minimal per page charge after the 150 pages
- Standard Business Plan – includes two numbers with unlimited number of pages
