Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

To support the training development mission through development, pilot testing, and on-going improvement of course materials, including:
-  Instructor-led course study material, instructor guides, and on-line verification tests.
-  Full on-line course development using Lexmark’s learning management system tools, and other media applications.
-  Definition and development of course prerequisites.
-  Setting certification requirements.
 
The individual will work with the WW Project Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Teams, as well as with others across all business functions to deliver learning materials that enhance learning and transform the learners through instructor-led materials, on the job training materials, e-learning materials, or blended learning materials.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop training and other performance support resource material to be used to improve the performance of Lexmark organization.
  • Work with Lexmark’s worldwide IT Project Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) on implementation of new procedures and process improvements.
  • Coordinate new project introduction activities. This may include conducting train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Coordinate with WW OCM to execute organizational change management deliverables. This includes creating materials for project sponsors, written communications, and presentations for oral communications, creation and measurement of adoption metrics, learning materials, change project enablement activities, and reinforcement deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to organizational change management deliverables and methodology.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with management, supervisors, subject matter experts, and those associated with IT.
  • Works hand in hand with the WW Organizational Change Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and Project Team members.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to interact with stakeholders &/or technical support teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, and Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies, project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle is an advantage.
  • Ability to create learner-centric and performance-driven training materials.
  • Coordination with WW OCM team and Project team members for training delivery.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive data.
  • Creative thinking ability.
  • High level expertise in performance-based training delivery and process improvement methodologies.
  • High awareness of Customer experience centered approach.
  • Flexible and willing to work in any shift.
