Business Area: Marketing Operations

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Third party eProcurement support
    • Register new internal users
    • Assist in answering supplier questionnaires
    • Training and assisting internal users on the systems/tools
  • Global Account Web Support
    • Help with managing the Global Account Quotes
    • Create & update Global site content
    • Calculate the final pricing for catalogs
    • Calculate exchange rate fluctuation for all currencies
    • Resolve issues with Global catalogs, content or sites
  • Reporting
    • Creates the monthly reports for eCommerce team: Sales & Customer Service

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • MS Excel Skills
  • Communicates well through email
  • Works well independently and with a cross-functional team
  • Systems:
    • Global Web Order Status
    • Service Now ticketing system
    • Marketing Request System (MRS)
    • Lexmark Product Marketing Database (LPMD)
    • Web Parts Ordering (WPO)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • 2~3 years relevant work experience
  • Working schedule:
    • North America Time Zone/Night Shift
