MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (VIDEOGRAPHER)

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of technical multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media that will help our company achieve our business objectives and positively impacts customer experience. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and proficiency in various design software and tools.
If you:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in multimedia design or a related role.

Proficient in operating a camera and knowledgeable of its functions, components, and accessories
- Must know the basics of lighting, framing, and composition
- Must be familiar with video production equipment (Studio)
- Experienced in directing a scene
- Fast and efficient without compromising output quality

Proficiency in video editing using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledgeable in color correction and grading using a histogram, RGB parade, waveforms, and vector scopes.
- Knowledge of video codecs and its types of formats
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (Cinema4D) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Videographer Candidate Requirement:
- Latest demo-reel or portfolio
- Provide instructional how-to video sample. Content must show how to replace a part of the printer, e.g. toner cartridge, ink cartridges, etc. Or for laptop, ex. is showing how to replace a memory/RAM.

- The video sample will be submitted within 3 days upon receiving a call from HR.

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and corporate purposes.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects into videos.

Animation and Motion Graphics
- Design and animate motion graphics for use in videos, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop 2Dand 3D animations for various applications.

Interactive Media
- Create interactive media content for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the product development and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective multimedia outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and deliver multimedia solutions that meet their needs.

Technical Proficiency
- Stay up to date with the latest multimedia design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to multimedia production.
