Job Summary:

The Paralegal will be a key member of the Contracts Organization within the broader Legal Services & Compliance (LS&C) Department.  The Paralegal will manage the entire lifecycle of contracts and engage in all aspects of strategy, planning, and implementation.  This includes organizing contracts, automating contract processes in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and various LS&C tools, such as various Microsoft applications (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, Dataverse). 

Success in this position will require flexibility, determination, attention to detail and grit to complete projects and achieve goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive projects to completion
  • Develop and implement processes for reporting metrics to key stakeholders including the development of a comprehensive dashboard
  • Seek industry best practices, identify relevant legal technology service enhancements (e.g., AI) and/or process improvements by defining the roadmap to drive incremental and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives and technical innovation
  • Identify risks and enhancement opportunities for CLM processes and systems
  • Provide time-sensitive support to internal clients by responding to inquiries on established legal guidelines, policy inquiries, and contract-specific questions
  • Support WW contracts teams and broader LS&C organization as needed

Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS)
