TRAINING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary:

The Training Support Specialist is responsible for the formatting and accessibility of training modules for the sales team, as well as communication with trainees as needed, coordinating the training schedules and, and collaborating with reports specialists (D2V) to generate reports and dashboards. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful upload and utilization of training modules in (RISE) tool.
  • Develops, tests, maintains and delivers courses and materials used in training sales employees and/or resellers.
  • Coordinate development of training aids and the translation process for modules.
  • Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness & relevance.
  • Develop and ensure the publication of regular training reports and dashboards in coordination with reporting resources.
  • Analyze and provide insight on training metrics.
  • Communicate with identified trainees on the training schedules.
  • Assist the trainees on account creation, access, and support needs along the way.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the training module end-to-end process:
    • Content Administration
    • Training Coordination
    • Reporting Coordination
    • Systems and tools maintenance
    • Report issues and request technical assistance as needed

Education, Experience & Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • 2 years relevant experience
