Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The WW Key User and Data Lead is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing and optimizing our global data systems and processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all data-related issues and inquiries, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across all platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibities:

  • Project Management
    • Plans, schedules, monitors, evaluates and directs projects to ensure solutions sold are implemented. Produces all phases, activities, and tasks necessary for executing the project.
    • Ensures all time, cost, and technical objectives are met.
    • Provides contingency and problem resolution plans as needed.
    • Develops and manages project change control procedures.
    • Uses all methodologies and tools to ensure success of project.
    • Manages all team personnel.
    • Conducts progress reviews with client and team personnel.
  • Data Lead
    • Provides thorough Data Analysis for Lexmark Teams and Stakeholders within Cebu and across Geographies to help shape sound business decisions that align with the company’s goals.
    • Execute data-related activities.
    • Manages Stakeholder expectations and requirements.
    • Prepares and presents data analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Reports out to stakeholders on Monthly Business Reviews.
    • Introduces innovation and design new or improved data analysis methodology and processes.
    • Executes tasks in a timely manner, manage scorecard results or adherence to targets.
    • Governs data and reports that include quality, consistency, security, and usage adoption.
    • Coordinates with offshore resources and deliver throughout.
    • Collects and interprets data and turns it into useful information which can be used by stakeholders to improve business processes and influence their decision-making processes.
    • Mines and analyzes data across databases to support process optimization and improvement.
    • Provides timely, informative, repeatable and actionable reports that highlight opportunities for improvement, trends and patterns useful in making sound business decisions.
    • Executes processes and desk procedures relating to Business Intelligence reporting.
    • Supports daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reviews on current processes using operational metrics and reports. 
    • Identifies opportunities to transform and connect datasets and present innovative value-added solutions to business stakeholders.
    • Works with Reporting Analyst and business owners to define new data collection strategies and analysis requirements.
    • Maintains efficient desk procedures to carry out repeated tasks.
    • Recommends controls by identifying problems and documenting improved procedures.
    • Identifies incidents relating to data integrity, as well as business intelligence reports.
    • Identifies and establishes safeguards on data to ensure that data quality is maintained and is available to meet the needs of the business.
    • Collaborates with the business stakeholders to simplify data and break organizational silos, thereby finding opportunities and helping in resolving issues faced by relevant teams within scope.
    • Collaborates with the IT teams to leverage solution that would enable the teams to provide decision makers an intuitive, interactive, self-service environment that enables them to monitor business results, predict outcomes and drive action plans for optimal business performance.
    • Provide incident management activities for incidents relating to Business Intelligence reports and infrastructure.
    • Research and evaluate new technologies and ideas, both internally and externally, to influence the strategies related to establishing our principles and policies.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an operations or service delivery role.
