Business Area: Procure to Record
This role is responsible for improving processes critical to Purchasing and Global Sourcing operations. It entails designing and devising process requirements and driving collaboration among global internal stakeholders & business contacts to improve operations, increase efficiency and effectiveness and optimize existing systems and tools.
This role also supports the Procure to Record operations in performing quality assurance, resolving escalated issues and taking the lead in generating & updating process documents. It includes performing process reviews and diagnosis for upstream or downstream processes to be able to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
