HRIS ANALYST

Job Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems within Lexmark’s Asia Pacific community. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications. 

Requirements:

  • Have minimum of 3 years Human Resource Systems or related experience.
  • Experience in system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation.
  • Has Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (cross-cultural, communications, negotiation).
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in Workday is a plus.
  • Experience with global companies is a plus.
