HRIS ANALYST

Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems within Lexmark’s Asia Pacific community. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications.
Requirements:
- Have minimum of 3 years Human Resource Systems or related experience.
- Experience in system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation.
- Has Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills (cross-cultural, communications, negotiation).
- Strong change management skills.
- Can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Workday is a plus.
- Experience with global companies is a plus.
