MPS OFFER MANAGER

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary:

The MPS Offer Manager (OM) is a Pre-Sales role designated for MPS Express engagements with the partner. Working with the internal cross functional teams as well external stakeholders, the OM is responsible for providing detailed information about the program to the sales team and to the partner, support offering conversations with step-by-step enrollment process, coordinate contract signature process, request customer setup, tracking the enrollment process with the partner and sales team, share status report, and schedule the kickoff meeting with the partner after fully onboarded. Expected to consistently demonstrate and represent Lexmark brand according to our mission and guiding principles.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The MPS Offer Management (OM) is responsible for the successful project management of the overall partner enrollment and support handover of specific MPS Offers in the designated geography and/or region in scope.
  • This includes opportunity development, promoting awareness about the offers, and project planning.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities of an OM include:
    • Qualify Opportunities with the sales teams and provide insight regarding the best options available.
    • Validate developing Opportunities are still within Offering Scope prior to contract creation.
    • Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams to initiate customer on-boarding, including offering descriptions, training documentation, contract signature, system configurations among others.
    • High-level 1st line support for partners (Indirect) utilizing Lexmark Cloud Services.
  • In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, an OM is expected to actively identify existing Lexmark MPS contracts that are approaching renewal and/or have potential to convert to the MPS Offers Offer.
  • Evaluating and approving enrollment requests when they do not fit all criteria.
  • An OM is responsible for monitoring and reporting of specific MPS Offers by monitoring Opportunities, performing post sales analysis.
  • In charge of the P&L of the specific Offers, the OM will ensure it stays profitable and work with the pricing to make appropriate adjustments (if needed).
  • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the OM includes the following responsibilities:
    • Assist in partner recruitment & offering presentations, focusing on operations & process rather than sales.
    • Provide MPS Express SME support, including Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) for onboarding, to partner operations teams.
    • Deliver operational process overview training & coordinate other SME training sessions.
    • Conduct CFM (high-level) demos.
    • Collaborate with other SMEs to maintain and update program information.
    • Work with the Legal Team to improve the contracts according to the operations feedback.

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Familiarity with Lexmark Cloud Services or a technical background enabling quick learning and training on the Lexmark Cloud Services platform.
  • Excellent time management, project management, communication, and coordination skills are required to be successful.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire comprehensive knowledge of Lexmark’s products and services, and effectively guide sales teams in strategic and tactical discussions to prepare compelling business proposals.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, proactive and resourceful approach, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned projects and the entire proposal process.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Power BI Dashboards (desirable).

Education, Experience & Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; preferably in Business.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience (program manager, sales, pre-sales, customer operations management, or account management).
  • Experience in managing a P&L is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating and managing multi-disciplined teams.
  • Experience applying project & business management and contracts knowledge to ensure partners enroll to the offer/solution.
