CLICK AND CLAIM ANALYST

Job Summary:

The Click and Claim Analyst has a dual function as a support resource to the WW Commissions Team.  Firstly, the role is expected to support the WW Commissions Team by performing account and transaction matches to appropriate sales managers to ensure proper crediting of revenue for commissions and partner rebates.  Secondly, the role is expected to support the WW Commissions Team by extracting and processing P&L reports, updating the appropriate Power BI dashboards, and performing manual calculations for the purpose of audit.   

Moreover, she/he is also expected to perform other auxiliary functions such as but not limited to creating specialized reports.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the sales database uploaded to the Sales Credit Allocation (SCA) system for Commissions
  • Ensure Click and Claim process understanding and knowledge of North America Large Account Territory Rider and account structure as well as Sales team hierarchy and linkage back to TR list on Sales Force database
  • Involved in the new Partner part number set up process in Sales Reference database on a monthly basis
  • Data Cleansing and validation of Channel Partners Sellout Reporting
  • Format, review and analyze Channel Data Management (CDM) reports for both large account enterprise and channel transactions
  • Conduct preliminary account matches to appropriate Large Account managers for designated accounts to ensure proper crediting of revenue for commissions and partner rebates
  • Maintain reporting status on SCA homepage for US and Canada with up-to-date information
  • Handle the addition of Other Large Accounts (OLA) in sales reference
  • Assist in research as needed in claims missing information, partner management and issue resolution
  • Provides monthly data analysis, prepares business presentation and conducts Operations Review with Lexington HQ
  • Schedule meeting and conducts monthly Operations Review with counterparts in Lexington Headquarters
  • Prepare monthly LAD Sales Metrics for extended warranty and ISS software
  • Perform audit on match and claim transactions for possible mismatch
  • Prepare monthly Seeds Report for SCA upload

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Computer and systems literate, spreadsheets skills, analytical skills
  • Proficient knowledge with MS Excel & Database applications
  • Works with no or little direct supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any business or management courses
  • At least 3-6 years' experience working in financial analysis with experience in integrated financial computer systems
