Analytics Delivery Lead for Sales (D365)

**This is a hybrid position based in Lexington, KY

**Must have permanent authorization to work for any employer in the US and not require Lexmark sponsorship now or in the future.  

As part of Global Business Services organization, the “D2V” (aka Data to Value) group provides global services to business functions. The organization is being structured in 3 teams to deliver best-in class service: Analytics Governance (AG), Data Governance (DG), Technical Governance (TG).

From a line-of-sight perspective, our strategic objectives are

  • deliver best in class services (that includes ISO certification as an example),
  • be the corporate master data steward (a shift from data execution ð data governance ð data stewardship)
  • deliver single source of truth
  • focus on innovation (and leverage our IT investment to deliver new offerings back to our stakeholders: artificial intelligence up to machine learning)

As Analytics Delivery Lead for Sales, the incumbent will be in charge of delivering our analytics strategy back to Sales & Marketing organization with dedicated focus to L2C organization and being the go-to resource for critical initiative like RFP. Our strategy is focused on our ability to

  • automate, globalize, standardize new deliverables and inherited ones to ultimately deliver a single source of truth.
  • leverage data lake to mitigate risks of existing un-supported databases used by Finance organization and benefit from cloud-based computing capabilities and performance. This is a critical multi-year initiative that is reported up to executive level. Such engagement requires a very strong engagement with Connected Technology.
  • deliver new offerings to support transformation of our organization and benefit to our stakeholder. This includes automation capabilities (Power Solutions, Automation Anywhere) and ML use cases.  

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years' experience minimum working with D365 Sales (could be from Commercial, from Connected Technology, from GBS...) 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Knowledge of GBS structure is a plus 
  • Knowledge of IT structure is a plus 

Analytical Skills: 

  • Expertise on reporting applications such as PowerBI, D365 views,  
  • Expertise on transactional systems: D365 (+ SAP) 
  • Expertise on Sales & Pricing business processes 
  • Understanding of technical back end is a plus (AAS, SQL DW, ...) 
  • Project Management
