Why does Lexmark regionalise supplies?
We’ve found that grey market supplies shipments are often mixed with counterfeit supplies. Counterfeit supplies used in a Lexmark printer can cause poor product performance, reliability issues and print quality problems. Our supplies regionalisation strategy helps us minimise the amount of grey market products and eliminates a path to market for counterfeit supplies.

Have you moved to another country or region?
When you purchase a Lexmark printer, it automatically customises itself to accept cartridges specific to your country or region. If you move and take your printer with you to another country, you may not be in the same supplies region. Although you may find Lexmark cartridges that appear to be compatible with your printer, they will not work. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue for you by resetting your printer.

1. Buy a complete set of supplies for your new country or region
