Chuck Butler

Chuck Butler is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Lexmark International. He is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, tax and treasury. He also leads Lexmark’s Global Business Services organization and corporate real estate and facilities.

Prior to being named to this role in 2020, Butler served as vice president of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), responsible for the end-to-end planning process and resulting analytics related to Lexmark’s financial performance. Previously, he served as vice president of global sales operations, overseeing business intelligence, commissions, pricing execution, RFP response, sales contracts, and demand planning.

Other previous roles include director of corporate finance and senior manager of FP&A. He joined Lexmark in 2004 as a senior financial analyst.

Prior to Lexmark, Butler held various finance and accounting management positions in manufacturing, utilities and retail.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky.
