The Lexmark Contactless Authentication Device provides enhanced access to a connected network printer or MFP* with secure authentication based on card credentials. The device easily connects on the front of the printer or MFP and provides a more secure environment for your users and your organization. Carefully engineered features enhance security and prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to sensitive information. Use the Lexmark Contact Authentication Device to manage access to an individual printer or MFP and authorize access to specific functions on the device, including email, fax, copy or scan with the wave of a proximity card. Plus, the device provides full compliance with most industry standards and works seamlessly with virtually every contactless smart card. *Embedded solution and front USB port required to enable functionality.
