Transitioning U.S. Military

We post all of our openings on job boards and with groups that cater to transitioning military, and each year we attend many recruiting events geared toward veterans. 

Once on board, veterans at Lexmark can take advantage of our progressive military leave policies and the variety of employee engagement and development opportunities our company offers. Some of these are geared specifically toward veterans, such as providing trained veteran mentors. In addition, Lexmark sponsors a variety of events throughout the year through our diversity network group devoted to recognizing and honoring veterans in the Lexington community and supporting military family members of Lexmark employees. Veterans Association of Lexmark (VALORR) is made up of active and retired military, and family members of current veterans rallied around the idea of developing and executing outreach programs in support of veterans, active duty personnel, and their families.   In recognition of these efforts, Lexmark was named a 2016 Military Friendly Employer by Victory Media.
