Helsinki, Finland, April 25, 2023 - Johtava IoT-valmistaja Lexmark esitteli tänään yhdeksän uutta A4-väri- ja mustavalkotulostinta sekä uudet monitoimitulostimensa. Uusissa 5- ja 6-sarjan laitteissa on parannetut turvallisuus- ja kestävyystoiminnot, skaalautuva tuki ja uusi, korkea suorituskyky.
Uudet mallit on suunniteltu suurille ja keskisuurille työryhmille, joiden kuukausittaiset tulostusmäärät ovat enintään 10 000 sivua (väri) tai 20 000 sivua (mustavalko). Tulostinten vakiotoimintoja ovat muun muassa langaton liitäntä, suuri syöttökapasiteetti, etupuolen USB-liitäntä näppäimistöä varten sekä kortinlukijan liitäntä. Tulostimissa on myös helppokäyttöinen ja desinfioitava kosketusnäyttö.
Lisäksi tulostimissa on Lexmarkin turvallisuutta lisäävä Trusted Platform Module (TPM), johon sisältyy muun muassa sisäänrakennettu todennus ja tietosuojan tarkistukset henkilökohtaisten digitaalisten sormenjälkien avulla. TPM täyttää tiukat teollisuuden turvallisuusstandardit, kuten Common Criteria ja Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS).

Uudet tulostimet tarjoavat muun muassa seuraavat edut:
• Tuottavuus: Parannetut toiminnot, kuten wifi-yhteys ja mahdollisuus useammalle lokerolle ja niittiyksikölle.
• Kestävyys: Rakennettu kestämään vähintään seitsemän vuotta, myös vaativissa ympäristöissä, joissa on paljon käyttöä. Komponenttien, kuten teräsrunkojen, pitkä käyttöikä.
• Turvallisuus: Parannetut tietoturvaominaisuudet suojaavat tietojasi, laitteitasi ja verkkojasi.
• Älykkäät ratkaisut: IoT-anturit valvovat jatkuvasti satoja datapisteitä, minkä ansiosta laitteita on helppo käyttää IT-henkilöstöä kuormittamatta.
• Sertifiointi: Energy Star®-, RoHS- ja EPEAT® Silver -sertifioinnit täyttävät tiukimmat maailmanlaajuiset ympäristövaatimukset ja auttavat yrityksiä saavuttamaan kestävän kehityksen tavoitteensa.

Lexmark Launches New Printers and MFPs for Mid- to Large-Size Enterprise Workgroups
5- and 6-series models bring advances in performance, security and sustainability
Helsinki, Finland, April 25, 2023 -- Lexmark, a global imaging and IoT solutions leader, today announced the availability of nine new A4 color and black and white printers and multifunction printers (MFPs). These devices offer enhanced security and sustainability features, as well as scalable solution support and exceptional performance.
Designed for mid- to large-size workgroups with monthly print volumes of up to 10,000 pages (colour) or 20,000 pages (mono), these full-featured printers and MFPs can stand alone or be part of an enterprise printer fleet. Standard features include wireless connectivity, high input capacity, and a front USB port for keyboarding and badge reader connection. The tablet-style buttonless touchscreen makes interaction simple and is easy to sanitise.
For enhanced security, these new devices include the Lexmark Trusted Platform Module (TPM), which includes on-board authentication, system integrity checks, and cryptographic capabilities to create a unique digital system fingerprint. TPM meets stringent industry and US government security standards, including Common Criteria and Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS).
