Has my order shipped?

Lexmark.co.uk includes functionality to track your order anytime. All we need to do is find the applicable order. Just enter the information below, and when your order appears, click on the tracking number.

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently deliver only to UK mainland addresses, off-shore islands (excluding the Channel Islands), Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen and Northern Ireland.

I live outside the UK - will I have to pay additional shipping fees?

The Lexmark.co.uk online store only delivers to UK mainland addresses, off-shore islands (excluding the Channel Islands), Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen and Northern Ireland.

You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfilment partner and can no longer be changed by our system. Rest assured, however, that if your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and Lexmark will credit your account.

Can I change my delivery method after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery method after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfilment agency and can no longer be changed by our system.

Do you ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

Due to delivery restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes as primary shipping addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we also cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

What is the delivery surcharge?

Because some Lexmark items are uniquely heavy or unusually sized, shipping them requires an additional surcharge. This includes laser printers, multifunction printers, laser printer accessories, and a few other products.

How are delivery charges calculated?

We try to make shipping as efficient as possible, and as simple as possible too. Please use the following chart to calculate your order’s delivery charge:

Standard (3-5 business days): Free shipping on all orders.

* These are estimated delivery times based on the date the product ships. 
For Northern Ireland, Aberdeen postcodes, Scottish Highlands and off-shore islands, please allow 1-2 additional working days for Standard Delivery.
