Lexmark recently won a General Exclusion Order (GEO) from the International Trade Commission (ITC) that prohibits infringing cartridges from entering the U.S. As a result of this GEO, it is illegal to import or sell these infringing items in the United States.
The ITC issued a General Exclusion Order that bans all imports of infringing cartridges* by any party, as well as a Cease and Desist Order that bars the named parties from selling infringing cartridges.
