Chuck Butler

Chuck Butler is Lexmark’s senior vice president and chief financial officer. He is responsible for all financial planning, accounting, tax and treasury. He also leads Lexmark’s Global Business Services and corporate real estate and facilities organizations.

Before being named to this role in 2020, Butler served as vice president of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), responsible for the end-to-end planning process and resulting analytics related to Lexmark’s financial performance. Previously, he served as vice president of global sales operations, working closely with the sales organization to drive top-line revenue and execute on strategic initiatives.

Other previous roles include director of corporate finance and senior manager of FP&A. He joined Lexmark in 2004 as a senior financial analyst.

Before Lexmark, Butler held various finance and accounting management positions in manufacturing, utilities and retail.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a certified public accountant.
